The new Creamery
Terry and Paula Vajgrt, owners of the new Creamery, and their executive chef, Brian Griep, are busy serving up the season’s offerings of asparagus, morel mushrooms and local meats and cheeses. The restaurant and inn is located in Downsville, Wisconsin on the banks of the Red Cedar River. This is one of our favorite spots to eat and drink.
